Winery in Perth
While we were in Perth end of March, we visited a few winery. It was every enjoyable, we got to try various type of wines and cheese --- yummm. Outside the winery, there are some grapes hanging from the trees ---- it was so nice. We also bought some grapes from one of the orchard, they are so cheap and fresh.
Moving
After coming back from Sabah for Chinese New Year, we moved into the new place - it was very nice, spacious (that means a lot more cleaning - the first week I was mopping the floor at least twice a day but it is still dusty --- after 1 week I gave up =))
This move was the fastest move ever - half an hour, we have loaded everything to the truck and in 2 hours - everything is done.
The place was very windy and empty - as we have no furniture ;P
We were having our meals on the floor for about a week until mum came to visit us. We then started going for furniture shopping - gee, I hate shopping --- too many decision to make. After furniture is done, we realised that we need to get curtain, otherwise the place will always be very bright and we might need to share some of our privacy with our neighbours...:Q
We had our first 2 guests - KJ and SH, they came down from Penang for Z & SY's wedding on 14th Feb. They stayed with us while we still didn't have any furniture --- it was good that they only have time to sleep (at least we got 2 mattresses the night before they arrived) - All was good :)

Chinese New Year
We were back to Sabah for Chinese New Year. Nothing much happens except I get to see an amazing fish tank. Normally you can only see this under the water or in some big fish tank like Sydney casino --- anyway, check this out.
Jan 09
We spent our new year eves at Sepang Empress Hotel - I couldn't even believe that I did that....I was glad that we manage to do that. It was fun and enjoyable to spend time with the Gans - we were having dinner / supper after midnight in some mamak stall in the middle of nowhere (I think it is called Sepang).
We were ready bright and early the next day (first day of the year) to welcome everyone to come for FWC. It was so glad to see people that I didn't get to see for the whole years, listening to what they have been through for the year and seeing how God has grow them - I nearly couldn't withhold my tears in front of them.
The other interesting thing that happen in FWC was I went into swimming pool without my swimmers. I never thought I would have the time to go into the pool, never have imagined that I will be with the kids in the pool. I went into the pool for 2 days with the Gan's Kids and Cheah's kids. That was challenging and fun. I am glad that after the 2 hours, I can gladly hand back the kids to their parents. Thank God that no one was drown - my biggest nightmare :0

December 08
I can't remember what happened between Sept to Dec. Anyway, Dec has been a good month for us. We had the Los staying with us - though we were staying in a one bedroom place, all 4 of us manage to stay together for a few weeks. I feel sorry for the Los as their bedroom is always open to everyone (they were sleeping in our living room). During that time, we had great time in Wii - that was the month when Wii were used to the max - everyone gets a bit of exercise even after midnight.
Initially we were supposed to be in Turkey during Christmas - I was so excited, not only the fact that I get to visit a new place and I get to have a white Christmas. I was not overly disappointed when the trip was cancelled. The only disappointment was I have to cancel our Penang trip earlier for the Turkey trip. Having said that, it was actually good to stay at home and get ready for the exciting new year.
We spent that last few days of 2008 getting ready for FWC (Fellow Workers Conference) - this is my favourite conference of the year. I get to be challenged about what it means to be fellow workers of the gospel, I get to catch up with friends from overseas. The other highlight is I get to meet new faces and people from various churches who are committed to see gospel going out in the klang valley.

Forgot about Blogging...
I just realised that I have not been to my blog for 8 months - I was shock that I can't even remember what is my blog site. Luckily I put it in my facebook and trace it back to my fastflowers :P
I was thinking why was I blogging, was that nothing to blog? I think at one point, I felt that there are nothing happening in my life, hence there aren't anything for me to blog. Thinking back, actually there are lots of things happening in the past 8 months. I will attempt to blog and catch up with all the stories lest I might forget about all that had happened.
